Job Description
The Mobility Advisor role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized support, and guiding customers through our range of products and services.
Main Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
* Advise and guide customers on our products and services, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
* Efficiently manage rental contracts, streamlining the process for seamless customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrate additional sales opportunities by introducing enhancements and options that enrich the customer experience.
* Conduct thorough receptions and checks on returned vehicles, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction.
