We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven Area Sales Manager EXPORT NCE willing to work in an adaptive organization joining our sales Team.
The person will manage the Sales Budget in the assigned territory (Baltics Countries: Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Finland) develop and maintain existing and new customers in the Pumps Distribution Channel and reports on new market opportunities and development.
What you will focus on:
- Handles sales to achieve the company targets and action plans.
- Looks for new customers and maintains current customer relationships.
- Assures the correct implementation of company pricing policy in the market
- Provide short sales forecasts and products mix to meet company targets
- Input in CRM information about prospects, customers, offers, written reports on market and competitors
- Collects from the market information on competitors new products and promotion practices and share with marketing to implement changes
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English
2. 2/3 years of experience in sales
3. Bachelor degree in Economics /Marketing or technical background will be a plus
