NAVIRIS is looking for a Buyer in Genoa (IT) or in Ollioules (France).

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer has a leading role in managing and steering supplier contracts and monitoring the suppliers relationship for major program. He shall perform:
* Monitoring and managing contracts with suppliers, who are strategic in the domain.
* Administrative and financial management of the contracts relating to the program.
* Reporting to Program Team and the Purchasing Director of Naviris.
* Optimize financial results and protect the interests of Naviris and its shareholders by handling claims.
* Planning, selecting and purchasing merchandise for resale in retail outlets.
* Contribute to the development of strategies program (deadline, purchases, financial, etc.), purchasing and contractual.
* Ensure the partner relationship in delegation of the Purchasing Director.
* Produce regular and synthetic reporting of the key performance indicators and highlights of its contracts.
* Manage and control the contractual management activity of its scope (deviations, correspondence, reports, acceptance, milestones, invoicing, payments, penalties, contractual action plan and programs, etc.).
* Negotiate with the program team the amendments necessary for the realization of the Program.
* Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
* Proactively deal with contractual deviations, critical and/or strategic issues.
* Ensure that contracts comply with contractual standards and ensure the role of internal control.
* Supervise the performance of suppliers and assist operational staff in resolving difficulties.
* Sensitize and educate all actors on good practices and methods.
* Participate in the capitalization of good practices, standards and methods.
REQUIREMENTS
* Professional English (speaking, writing and reading).
* Use of Office Suite.
* Purchasing skills (Contract Management, Drafting of Purchasing Contract, Procurement schedule).
* Functional skills (Quotation & Cost estimation, knowledge of business law and anti-corruption rules).
