As a Key Account Manager ETICS, you will be responsible for the business related to sales of External Thermal Insulation Composite System reporting directly to the sales director.
Responsibilities
* Develops strategic and long-term relationships with the most important customers for the company, supporting them in their needs related to the ETICS market.
* Manages business relationships with leading ETICS providers.
* Develops commercial strategies aimed at increasing ETICS company turnover in collaboration with Area Managers and the sales force present on the national territory.
* Identifies sales opportunities, in collaboration with the technical team, providing innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales goals.
* Acts as an advocate for the ETICS business, presenting market needs within the organization to continuously improve customer service delivery.
* Develop and define procurement strategies in collaboration with the Supply department.
* Collaborates with internal teams, including product development and marketing to provide services and solutions to the ETICS business.
* Is always up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies and market dynamics.
* Defines and coordinates formulation of the ETICS price list.
* Manages relationships with top customers and executive customers.
* Manages initiatives and opportunities created by themselves or by the Specification team.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of the ETICS system.
* Good negotiation skills with customers and suppliers, problem solving orientation.
* Good knowledge of the English language for management of EMEA cross-regional projects.
* Excellent organizational, negotiation and planning skills.
* Use of CRM and analytics tools.
