As a System Engineer in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission:
Automotive System Engineer is accountable for System, Software, Functional Safety and Cyber deliverables in order to ensure the success of the project.
He/she is responsible to analyze the Customer Product requirements and allocate them to the respective subsystem providing the acceptance.
He/she is also responsible to perform/support System Validation and support issues analysis
Responsibilities
* Analyze and discuss Customer requirements (SW,HW, Mechanical, Safety and Cyber)
* Manage System specifications
* Act as a facilitator and mediator for the system team and stakeholders;
* Ensuring a common understanding of the system goals, system scope, requirements and architecture.
* Manage System Development plan
* Daily management of SW Supplier tracking the SW Implementation Maturity
* Support Verification & Validation Test team
* Support Project Request for Quotation (Safety and Cyber Impact)
Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not
Technical Skills
* Vector tools (CanOe, CAPL coding, CanDb++)
* Vector VT System (HIL Automated test bench)
* Experience with Network bus: CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and LVDS (nice to have)
* Automotive Diagnostics according to ISO
* ASPICE process
* Compliance Matrix and Document Tracking List
* IBM Doors, Polarium or similar Requirements Management Tools
* Automotive Spice Process standard
* Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO)
* Knowledge of Cyber security
* Use of Laboratory Instruments such Multimeter, Oscilloscope and Power Supply
Desired skills and experience:
* Engineering Degree.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles in the automotive field
* Fluent English
