What does the role involve?
Your main responsabilities:
1. Take full responsibility for e-business funnel end-to-end from interest to conversion, while maximizing the customer experience
2. Manage website/e-commerce performance on regional level through effectively steering relevant KPIs on regional level
3. Drive the website / e-commerce improvement management on regional level in close collaboration with global teams
4. Drive sales and conversion initiatives, manage customer life cycle and collaborate with customers and sales organization
5. Act as regional process expert for the website/e-commerce by coordinating the regional rollout of new features; Serve as a point of contact to communicate changes and improve processes in the region.
6. Provide 2nd level support for already implemented features (guest check-out functionality, e-vouchers)

What you need is:
• Degree or studies of Business or Marketing with specialization Digital Marketing and/or 3+ years’ experience in e-Commerce or comparable field • Capacity to link business with technology • Strong customer-centric orientation to provide an optimal digital experience • Independent work style, team player, diligence, strong communication and coordination skills, proactivity • Fluency in English, fluency in Italian is a big plus • Marketing analytics skills incl. relevant tools (Google Analytics) is a big plus
