We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Trading Manager for Broadband and Mobile to play a key role within the Digital Trading team in guiding the digital conversions and media management to achieve sales volume and CPA target for the connectivity business line. The candidate must have proven experience in a digital sales team, performance marketing, and a strong analytical mindset. The Digital Trading Manager must also be able to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Forecast, plan, and execute, in collaboration with media agency, digital acquisition broadband and Mobile campaigns to maximize sales and their ROI.
2. Manage large e-commerce budgets, analyze and develop campaigns, and supervise all acquisition media buying.
3. Analyze funnel conversion rate and cost per acquisition on a daily and weekly basis for strong performance control.
4. Provide creative input into ad and landing page testing schedules to drive improved campaign results.
5. Analyze and report on competitive trends, industry developments, and emerging Martech and Gen AI technologies to inform and improve marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to build a competitive advantage through intelligent marketing.
6. Adopt a continual “test and learn” approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
7. Use data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and inform the overall growth strategy.
8. Work with Marketing and Comms team to ensure the best possible assets are developed for digital purposes.
9. Present findings to key stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/sales team.
2. Proven experience in performance marketing campaigns (PPC, Affiliate Networks, Display Programmatic).
3. Excellent knowledge of Google suite (Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Display & Video 360).
4. Proven experience in campaign management and optimization on Broadband and Mobile products.
5. Digital performance and creativity improvement attitude.
6. Proven strong analytical skills and mindset.
7. Proven ability to work under pressure and be accountable for strategic objectives and results.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Strong passion for digital and new media environment.
