Job Description
We are leaders in the insurance sector worldwide and one of our ambitious strategies is to become our customers' life partners. For this reason, we have decided to develop new personal services (e.g., prevention, assistance, digital services) that will supplement our traditional insurance offer to support our customers in their everyday lives, especially in their interactions through digital channels.
We want to significantly strengthen the role of Information Technology within our organization by digitizing processes, tools and by extending our technology assets. We are looking for junior developers, engineers and digital technology enthusiasts to accompany us on our journey, interacting with our Agile squads and the technologies we have chosen for this transformation (e.g., containers, cloud architectures, micro-services).
Position: Scrum Master
Responsibilities:
* Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodology
* Supporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlog
* Constantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologies
* Constantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needs
* Supporting an effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
* Certification as SCRUM Master
* At least 3 years of proven experience in Agile software development contexts within complex IT projects
* At least 2 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodology
* Predisposition to team collaboration and coaching
* Experience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
* Propensity to simplifying processes
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)
