The resource, inserted within the CCO Management, will support the Loyalty team, having the opportunity to see the related processes and develop skills in marketing, product management, and the development of new activities.
During the internship period, the resource will have the opportunity to perfect their analytical skills, work in a team, meet deadlines, and company priorities that will be shared from time to time.
Main activities:
1. Support for the development of Loyalty activities in the Content & Engagement area (Sport, Cinema & Entertainment).
2. Monitoring of activities and definition and execution of actions aimed at improving the related KPIs.
3. Analysis of communication campaigns and preparation of feedback to the communication team.
4. Operational support in the management of insolvency activities.
5. Support in preparing the material to be shared with the top management and various internal and/or external interlocutors of the Company.
Requirements required:
1. Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication.
2. Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
3. Fluent knowledge of the English language.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proactivity and spirit of initiative.
6. Listening and teamwork skills.
