Main activities
1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
3. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas (New Market Verticals, Supply Chain collaborations, etc.);
5. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status;
6. Ensure the correct application of the company sales tools.
Requirements
Must have
7. Bachelor’s degree;
8. 4+ experience in sales/account management/buyer/category or logistic/supply chain functions;
9. 4+ experience in Logistics/3PL/food system or GDO or FMCG businesses;
10. Knowledge of working with a CRM system and perfect use of Excel;
11. Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
12. High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results drive;
13. Good knowledge English is required.
Nice to have
14. An experience in the fresh/frozen business would be preferable;
15. Some pooling business model understanding;
16. Multicultural experience in international environments.
