For our Industrial Vacuum Solutions Division, we are looking for an independent and ambitious EMEA Key Account Manager.
As an EMEA Key Account Manager, you will be a “hunter” developing a green field strategy and finding new business opportunities for our IVS Business Division within the EMEA Countries, helping our prospect customers to find the right customized solution to their needs, whether this is a mobile vacuum cleaner or a centralized vacuum system.
You will do this with full support from our Competence Center based in Italy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
* Participate in Trade Shows and Events for the business segment of reference to hunt for new business opportunities.
* Act as the liaison between our KAM customers and internal teams (R&D, Product Management etc.) ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
The EMEA Key Account Manager will likely be located in our IVS Competence Center in Zocca (MO), Italy and will report to the Vice-President of Commercial Management, IVS. Hybrid locations from outside of Italy (preferably Germany) are also an option.
Minimum requirements
* 5 years of experience in an International KAM role, with professional experience in durable goods and highly technical products within the B2B environment within Industrial Manufacturing companies.
* Experience in the business of automatic machines for processing and packaging is a strong plus.
* Strong sales related background.
* Customer oriented attitude.
* Hunter mentality is a must.
* Fluency in English is a must, other languages (including Italian) is preferred.
* Data focused approach.
* Sales metric and marketing intelligence professional.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA regularly (if not resident in Italy consider min travel to our HQ once a month).
