Position: Business Development Manager EMENA - Home Management Solutions Business Unit.

How will you make an impact? (Responsibilities)
1. Create and maintain the channel and distribution strategies for the regions to ensure that they align with the strategies and goals of the business unit
2. Support the local regions to reach their sales targets / metrics
3. Manage, develop and expand the business with key accounts and forge new opportunities
What are we looking for? (Requirements)
4. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience in Sales and Channel Management;
5. Master’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience);
6. Post Graduate Master in Management will be considered as a plus;
7. At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role;
8. Full understanding of sales functions and best practices;
9. Understanding of commercial / consumer law for target regions a plus;
10. Demonstrated ability to deliver results;
11. Flexible and goal oriented;
12. Excellent skills of Microsoft Office software and CRM software;
13. Fluent in English language.
14. Ability and clearance to travel in the target region
This position reports to the Managing Director of Home Management Solutions.
