We are looking for a smart and passionate Area Sales Manager willing to work in an adaptive and multinational environment to join our Italy Sales Team to support our business growth. Candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales budget in the assigned territory, developing and maintaining existing and new customers in the Pumps Distribution Channel.
What you will focus on:
1. Defining the commercial policy for the relevant market according with the Sales Director
2. Oversees sales performance in line with the budget, taking action when discrepancies arise and preparing related reports.
3. Informs the Company of all market and competition-related news (prices, products, trends, dynamics).
4. Keeps distributors and/or agents constantly updated on the company's commercial policies.
5. Informs the Company of all market and competition-related news.
6. Proposes corporate strategies and changes to the sales structure according to market evolution.
7. Organizes regular meetings with Distributors and/or Agents.
8. Collaborates with Marketing to improve promotional campaigns.
9. Travels for 50% of working time.
10. Prepares the sales budget for their area of responsibility and assumes responsibility for achieving the set objectives.
Requirements:
11. Good knowledge of the ITS market and buying Groups.
12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM
13. Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills;
14. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
