Job Title: Capital Medical Device Sales Director (Neuro)
Location: Milan, Europe Markets (UK, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Benelux, Russia)
The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing & sales plans in the region, driving sales revenues, leading reimbursement processes, and collaborating with partners in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Goal Definition: Set annually the region's business goals (orders and sales) per quarter and per country, manage and lead the sales team.
2. Sales Execution: Manage relations with distributors, build a pipeline of business opportunities for current and future years.
3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop the sales strategy for three commercially released products: UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone.
4. Site Development: Work to achieve company goals in the number of treatments.
5. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with VP Marketing and Product Managers to define marketing plans for the region.
6. Reimbursement Process: Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement, work with the Reimbursement Team to define a reimbursement strategy.
7. Regulatory Support: Support VP Regulatory in preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.
8. Human Resources Planning: Define human resources needs with VP HR.
