J&J is searching for a Health Economics Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) Manager to be part of our Market Access Team based in Milan. If you want to be trained and know the dynamics of the market access activities, this is an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development of the market access strategy for prostate cancer products in the Italian market, aligning with local business and medical functions and considering relevant EMEA and global strategies.
* Preparation of pricing and reimbursement dossiers at both national and regional levels.
* Collaboration with Regional Access and Medical Affairs teams to achieve quick local access and ensure appropriate positioning in PDTA/Guidelines.
* Contribution to the design and management of Health Economic and Outcome Research studies or models to demonstrate the value of our pharmaceutical products.
* Support the development of initiatives and projects that enhance product value, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal processes.
REQUIREMENTS
* MSc degree in Life Science, Health Policy, or Economics.
* Postgraduate qualification (Master course) in Health Economics and Market Access or in Healthcare Management is a plus.
* Experience in working cross-functionally in matrix organizations in departments of Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance or Business Intelligence.
* Previous experience in oncology is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* IT Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
* Advanced level of English.
* Proficiency in Italian.
