In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Coordinate personnel administration activities in compliance with local regulations (i.e. data documentation, funds, insurances, pension plans, social security, etc).
* Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the external payroll provider, ensuring correct payment of salaries and variables.
* Coordinate & follow-up employees’ onboarding and offboarding.
YOUR PROFILE
* University's Degree in relevant subject (e.g. Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, HR Management).
* 3 years of proven experience in HR in global/international environment.
* Good understanding of HR administration & payroll coordination.
* Knowledge of Italian employment law and you are interested to keep you constantly updated on the latest updates.
* You are fluent in Italian & English, in written and spoken.
