Job Summary
The Regional Business Reader is responsible for driving business performance, encompassing both online and offline sales initiatives. Key objectives include meeting profit (PL) expectations within budgeted parameters. This involves developing a local business plan that aligns with management's short-term, mid-term, and long-term vision to enhance regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Profit and Loss (PL) and expenses, considering market trends, income/outcome status, and cash flow forecasts to meet budget targets and revise forecast plans as necessary.
2. Enhance company culture and coach the leadership team to become true business partners, fostering a strong regional organization by prioritizing functions and evaluating teams to execute business plans effectively.
Requirements
* At least 10 years of experience in regional management roles within consumer goods, retail, or luxury industries.
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
