Make Your Mark for Patients
To strengthen our Immunology team, we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of Product Specialist Dermatology – Milan, Italy.
About the Role
You will be responsible for promoting UCB's products to respective stakeholders in the assigned territory and actively contribute to the launch of innovative products.
Your Collaborations
You will work closely with several teams of the company, including MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access, or RAM (Regional Area Manager), as well as key external stakeholders, to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and drive UCB activities in your territory and coordinate with the local field team composed of yourself, MSL, and Field Access Partner.
* Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant ecosystem/stakeholders.
* Collect and share insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactive solutions to be implemented.
* Engage non-clinical stakeholders in selected accounts to facilitate access for UCB products.
* Be responsible for timely and proper updating of the Orbit platform for reporting purposes.
* Build relationships with healthcare professionals and structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific Information.
* Execute the activity plan in your territory accounts in compliance with the laws, ethics, and compliance governing pharma professionals.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Good level of English in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in dermatology, specializing in biologic drugs.
* Recognize and assess opportunities and challenges within the medical, scientific, and therapeutic domains while proposing suitable improvements.
* Actively contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementation.
* Analyze changes and trends in health ecosystems, policy, and legislation identifying new developments that optimize patient access.
* Consider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions, and organizing activities.
* Use knowledge of the drug life cycle to inform decision-making.
* Understand the internal organization and communicate effectively across the internal matrix while striving to understand alternative perspectives.
* Understand the need for patient insights in engagement regarding the patient journey, including unmet needs and preferences.
* Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them, considering patient value when making resource decisions.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments.
* Possess exceptional listening and communication skills.
* Maintain a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
* Exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems.
