At Esyen, we are seeking two System Administrators to join our talented team in Rome or at Fucino Space Center.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of space engineers, network specialists, and IT professionals, collaborating on high-profile space projects such as the GNSS Galileo program for the European Commission in Fucino, and the Space Situational Awareness initiative for a leading client in Rome.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Designing and executing comprehensive tests to validate system requirements
2. Creating detailed reports and high-quality documentation for all project phases
3. Integrating hardware and software within complex infrastructures
4. Configuring and securing network systems to ensure robust cybersecurity
5. Leading system migrations for seamless upgrades
6. Participating in meetings for client discussions and project alignment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in IT or relevant fields
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
* Experience working with virtual environments (e.g., VMware)
* Solid understanding of networking concepts
* Willingness and ability to travel across Europe for meetings and installations
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
* Eligible for security clearance to handle classified data
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of orchestrators and microservices environments
* Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies
* Previous experience working on space-related projects
* Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
