Job Description
The new Sales Director Italy is a leader with the proper experience to take on the full responsibility for developing business with key cosmetics Italian brands and will be in charge of the new Italian branch.
He/She has already gained several years of experience in Sales Director/Business Development roles within the cosmetic Italian market, specifically in Makeup subcontracting or in Makeup packaging.
What will you do:
1. Support the Board in defining a coherent and value-added development strategy.
2. Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy in accordance with Board of Directors.
3. Oversee the tactical sales and development.
4. Achieve sales and profit targets.
5. Guarantee the correct reporting.
6. Collect information on competitors from the market.
