Eurointerim S.p.A., a Milan-based research and selection company for personnel, is seeking the following professional figure to cover the vacant position:
Job Description
1. The resource, in collaboration with a colleague from the Treasury Area and 3 colleagues from the Accounting Area, will be responsible for managing general administrative practices and supporting treasury activities for six companies within the group. The tasks to be performed will be as follows:
* General Administrative Practices: checking PEC emails of the 12 companies within the group and forwarding communication to the relevant contacts (CFO, Accountant, Labour Consultant, etc.);
* Managing General Administrative Practices for Group Hotels: renewing annual Rai fee, verifying and renewing SIAE practices, checking and paying monthly overnight tax;
* Monitoring bank balances and checking CCs;
* Updating vendor payment schedules;
* Managing ordinary payments using home banking;
* Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions;
* Supporting the management of additional administrative practices.
Skills And Experience
1. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Linguistic High School or equivalent title;
* Prior experience of at least 2 years in an analogous role;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
* Good knowledge of remote banking platforms;
* Knowledge of the DocFinance treasury software will be considered a plus.
Employment Contract: Temporary/Permanent contract
Remuneration: €25-30 K RAL, commensurate with profile and experience + Ticket 5.29 euros, CCNL Turismo 14 pay periods
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00-18.00, including a 1-hour lunch break
Place of Work: Milan (Duomo area)
