Sales Leadership Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a sales leadership team member to build and drive regional major account sales teams, exceeding company objectives while growing their region according to plan.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and develop a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy.
* Mentor and develop team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals.
* Track sales activity, provide sales projections, and create and analyze metrics.
* Own and drive revenue outcomes within assigned regions, territories, and/or districts.
Requirements:
* Sales experience in territory & commercial/SMB customer market and management experience.
* Enterprise sales experience required, preferably in networking or network security industries.
* Experience with channel and partner sales models.
* Consistently achieved sales goals through leadership and personal goals.
