The TCO & Remarketing department is responsible for securing and maintaining strong residual values of the Lynk & Co cars through all stages of their life cycle. As a key member of this team, you will be the local expert on the used car market in Italy.
Working from our Milan office alongside the Fleet Utilization Manager, you will focus on optimizing the Italian Lynk & Co fleet and its profitability. You will report directly to the VP of the market area for Italy.
What you'll do
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for used cars.
* Be responsible for a true Lynk & Co experience for all our used car customers.
* Develop new sales channels for used cars (B2B & B2C) and implement strategies and processes to maximize revenue.
* Control stock levels of the used car fleet and optimize stock turnover.
* Continuously monitor residual values, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Implement local marketing strategies for remarketing and used cars.
* Provide advice on local product requirements, focusing on attributes and content that affect future residual values for all car and lifecycle projects.
What you should have
* Experience in refurbishment, remarketing, used car sales, residual value setting, and the automotive industry.
* Proven sales experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Expertise in the Italian used car market.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
