The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a sales team of approximately 20 people. Description
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the sales process, ensuring a strong focus on sales methodologies, customer behaviors, and expectations. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals.
* Telesales Expertise: Understand and optimize the business model of telesales in the B2B market, driving effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
* Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, motivate, and coach a team of 20 salespeople, providing ongoing support and development to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
* Customer Focus: Identify and target middle-sized companies to develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships.
* HQ and Branch Transaction: Serve as the liaison between the HQ and the commercial branch, facilitating smooth transactions and supporting cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
* Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Branch, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
* Management & Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring optimal sales outcomes and long-term partnerships.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Goal-Orientation: Thrive in a goal-oriented environment, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging sales targets.

Profile
* Previous experience in a sales role within a Reseller environment is essential, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
* Knowledge of the IT market, including trends, products, and customer needs.
