We are looking for a highly motivated retail professional to manage our Store in Serravalle.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in customer service while supporting Client Development objectives to increase loyalty, retention and generate new business.
2. Setting targets and leading the team to achieve sales growth and improvements in level of service.
3. Proposing challenges to the team to motivate them to reach their targets.
4. Setting action plans to achieve monthly/annual targets while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team.
5. Coaching the team to become experts in our product and to deliver ultimate levels of service.
6. Minimizing loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed.
7. Ensuring provision of a safe working environment to ensure staff and customer wellbeing.
8. Coordinating all policies and procedures for stock management and deliveries.
9. Managing client experience ensuring the highest standards are met.
10. Daily monitoring of KPIs and sales results, tracking sales performance through weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
11. Establishing a training and development program to support team growth and progression.
12. Developing relationships with our VIP clients through your personal network and professional social media activity (We Chat, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
13. Constantly maintaining the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation.
14. Preparing and monitoring rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventory.
15. Reporting activity with qualitative comments and setting action plans if needed.
16. Working closely with retail management to ensure client needs are met through all critical functional activities.
17. Analyzing CRM information to understand client data and build communication campaigns.
18. Preparing client lists and helping implement clienteling actions.
19. Performing client insights/analysis and proposing specific action plans to improve performance.
Profile
1. Experience of more than 5 years as Store Manager. Experience at Serravalle would be ideal.
2. Leader with the ability to direct, inspire and motivate a team to reach targets.
3. Experienced in dealing with and resolving employment relations issues.
4. Client-centric and focused on exceptional service standards.
5. Driven with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
6. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
7. Must be energetic, self-motivated and organized.
8. Must have a strong fashion knowledge.
9. Results-driven (sales, KPI, bonus).
10. Fluent in Italian and English. A third language would be appreciated (Russian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic).
11. Flexible with working hours.
