Head of Sales WW - Accessories
The Head of Sales WW will be responsible for developing the global brand sales strategy, sales plan, and managing the sale of all collections across all channels.
Responsibilities:
* Create and achieve targeted sales goals.
* Select, develop, and coach sales professionals to achieve goals for profitable revenue growth.
* Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in large accounts.
* Pursue identified business prospects, actively participating in the development of new business opportunities.
* Identify, open, and manage domestic retail accounts.
* Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell-through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, and obtain sales feedback.
* Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Great experience within the wholesale environment.
* Experience working in the Premium-Luxury Accessories market.
* Managerial skills, experience in managing a team.
* Proven contacts and existing relationships with major department stores and chain stores.
* Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
