The position will report to Group Product Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Group Product Manager to expand the brand's market share, with a specific focus on the Pharmacy and Parapharmacy channels, while also overseeing other channels (Perfume and E-commerce). This will be achieved through increasing brand awareness among Italian consumers and developing product launches and in-store activations that maximize rotations while building the brand image.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the design and implementation flow for activations and product launches, liaising with all relevant functions;
* Execute campaign and POP materials, ensuring alignment with international guidelines;
* Provide valuable analysis to identify key insights and information on market trends/performance for brand success Monitoring and internal coordination in managing samples and in-store materials;
* Deal and partner with the sales team to support sell-in by adjusting the marketing plan and updating activities as needed;
* Collaboration with the international team on product launches, media creativity, and artworks;
* Creation of product codes and purchase orders;
* Support in budget management.
KEY REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:
* At least 2 years of relevant Marketing experience
* Knowledge of skincare channels and/or market would be considered as a plus
* Bachelor’s or Master's (or Post Grad Degree) in Economics / Marketing.
* Proficiency in the Office Suite
* Proficient in Italian and English (knowledge of French is a preferred qualification)
