We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, with a primary focus on new account acquisition, and managing and developing relationships with existing customers.
If you have a strong passion for sales, a keen eye for New Business and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships, both with new and established customers, then you could be the right person for us!
Your Role Will Include:
* Drive new customer acquisition through effective New Business activity, from prospecting to closing.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, with a particular focus on high activity of identifying and developing new business opportunities through active research, networking and lead generation strategies.
* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of active customers, generating up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both new and existing, to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve company objectives, with an active contribution to the growth of the customer portfolio and overall turnover.
What You'll Bring:
Essential
* Experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to market changes.
* Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
Desirable
* Experience selling software/SaaS solutions or digital products.
