Senior Sales Manager/Account Director - International Markets Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
* Increase client base in key European countries through consistent sales and marketing activities, driving revenue growth for the hotel.
* Cultivate a strong understanding of the entertainment segment, with opportunities to develop new business streams.
* Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional group arrangements and special events.
* Qualify group business to generate rooms and catering revenue, impacting RevPar performance.
* Develop and execute account plans for assigned markets, ensuring maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
* Meet monthly targets set by the DOSM, based on live accounts and other specific objectives.
* Track and optimize conversion rates to ensure hotel revenue objectives are met.
* Maximize the utilization of automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) for group business.
* Participate in sales and revenue meetings, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
* Maintain effective correspondence with clients, responding to queries and building strong relationships.
* Develop and execute quarterly and annual action plans, driving sales growth and revenue increase.
* Contribute to the annual Marketing Plan, proposing and managing territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
