Robovision is in hyper-growth! As an AI PaaS (Platform-as-a-service), our mission is to be the leading backbone of Vision Intelligence. With an award-winning platform operating in 40 countries, Robovision is one of the global leaders in the provision of AI-vision. Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans in Europe, we are looking to hire a Regional Sales Director who will own South Europe (France, Italy, Spain to start with) as a region and who will be responsible for the company's Platform sales targets in that area.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end sales process of Robovision including coordinating with internal resources.
2. Work with channel and technology partners for maximum effectiveness, scale, and delivery.
3. Keep meticulous notes to track our engagement with prospective customers using CRM and other sales tools.
4. Conduct regular sales and forecast calls with the team and superiors.
5. Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
6. Work closely with both the post-sales and product team to ensure alignment between product-market fit and market launch.
7. Have a strategic presence at physical and online events relevant to your focus market.
8. Manage whale-type accounts and have the ability to manage people if needed.
Job Requirements:
1. 10 years of field sales experience within the SaaS or related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of data science, AI, or industrial automation.
3. Proven track record of building a region from scratch.
4. Ability to present and position yourself professionally at all management levels to generate successful customer relationships.
5. Existing wide network of contacts in specific industries and/or Enterprise accounts.
6. Exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
7. Extensive experience with lengthy sales cycles and independent management of key accounts.
8. University Degree in Business/Engineering or other relevant studies.
9. Perfect command of Italian & English and another language is a strong asset, with preference for Spanish.
