Baglioni Hotels Resorts is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Group MICE figure to join the MICE Department team for our HeadOffice in Milan The resource will be in charge of the following activities Create and implement sales action plans for the MICE and Corporate segment In agreement with the DOS complete and follow an annual budget for room sales a travel plan and an expense budget which will be used as working documents Provide feedback and market intelligence to the DOS regarding changing market conditions including industry trends Research and identify potential new clients and develop an appropriate business plan that will bring increased business for Baglioni and The Palace Collection Organise client events with selected partner agencies throughout the year Develop close cooperation and excellent relations with LHW The ideal candidate meets the following requirements 3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels Strong sales negotiation and customer relationship management skills Excellent knowledge of the MICE market and 5 luxury trends Strong results orientation and ability to work independently Willingness and flexibility for sales trips or visits to our properties Fluency English Spanish will be a plus What do we offer A stimulating work environment with a national and international sales team Opportunities for professional growth and training Corporate Benefits by helplavoro.it
