MISSION
AMI is looking for a new brand ambassador in-store ASAP.
They will be responsible for customer service in the store while complying with retail processes.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients in-store in compliance with AMI’s spirit of service.
* Advising customers, offering looks and additional products to give the client an AMI look.
* Development of customer loyalty and customer file. Sales assistants should also develop their own personal file.
* Following up on clients, ensuring CRM emails are sent after a visit.
* Monitoring personal KPIs as well as those of the store.
* Direct reporting to the store manager and assistant store manager.
* Respecting the application of retail processes in the store.
* Ensuring customer service meets AMI in-store service standards to guarantee the best service.
* Participating in stock management: deliveries, loans, defectives, transfers, cycle counting, etc.
* Ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized: product presentation, folding, cleanliness, storage, etc.
* Actively participating in the store's VM implementations and rotations.
* Cashing and management of cashier tools.
Qualifications:
* Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing and familiarity with sales techniques.
* Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project.
* Smiling, dynamic, involved, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
* Mastering customer service skills and demonstrating the ability to foster a customer-service spirit.
* Strong interest and a good understanding of fashion, with strong familiarity with the luxury market and its trends.
* English and Italian are mandatory.
* Contract: Permanent Contract and part-time (24h).
