We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager for a leading company, focusing on managing and expanding the Pickup network in Italy while driving business growth through new commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Pickup network in Italy, working with existing partners and converting new leads into opportunities
* Ensure best-in-class experience, service, and convenience for Pickup Locations CX
* Contribute to division growth through new commercial relationships with small businesses
* Manage Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and utilization
* Analyze data and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other analytical tools
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced analytical and operational background with Excel and data analysis skills
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
* Fluency in both English and Italian (English will be the primary business language)
* Experience in all phases of account management including prospecting, acquisition, integration, and retention of partners
