Objective:
Achieve the sales and profitability targets agreed with the management within the nominated Customers panel and the Countries / Areas / Regions assigned
Job Description:
* Overall market understanding: Customer mapping, Competitive environment, Pricing /delivery times requested by local customers
* Develop potential Customers in the assigned areas
* Ensure SEKO registration and pre-qualification in the vendors lists
* Develop relationship with Customers’ decision makers and technical teams
* Stimulate inquiries / tenders for the available products
* Follow the preparation of the proposals or tenders
* Participate in the bidding procedures
* Attend the negotiations up to the final contract award
* Manage existing agents and distributors in the territories. Propose sales targets and measure the performances
* Propose, preliminary screen and participate in the selection of new agents or distributors
* Ensure full payment is received in accordance with the contractual Terms & Conditions
* Collect eventual overdues / receivables
* Prepare and discuss Sales and Visit Reports
