In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.
The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented E-Commerce Specialist to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Contract Type: Fixed Term
Potential Start Date: May 2025
Contract End Date: December 2025
Working Model: Hybrid
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
* Manage day by day activities in order to ensure the proper working and updating of the website, taking into account the commercial strategies;
* Support the planning activities related to the catalogue, shooting and logistics;
* Support in coordination and management of technical activities and requirements definition;
* Be the contact person appointed to interface with the Technology and Sales teams for release/setup projects in order to maximize Group effort and delivery to the Partner;
* Coordinate with support areas such as UX and Art team;
* Support in the management of the relationship with Brand Partners.
The type of person we are looking for:
* University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields with outstanding performance;
* Prior experience in E-Commerce related field or significant project work on E-Comm Management during University or Master will be considered as a strong plus;
* Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues in different departments;
* Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and its communication channels;
* Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel;
* Good knowledge of Power Point;
* Fluency in English is mandatory;
* Intermediate knowledge of Italian language will be considered a strong plus;
* Proactive attitude and work ethics.
