A glimpse in your role:Improve merchant's knowledge and expertise with our services by providing training to client's staff.Offer intensive support including product instructions.Maintain constant communication with customers to meet their needs and satisfy expectations.Proactively develop and manage business relationships at store level.Achieve sales targets and take corrective action when results materially deviate from expectations.Implement action plans and conduct in-store visits in line with the company’s strategy.Process and present business statistics and insights.Ensure optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined plan.Deliver agreed activities to the stores.Document all merchant-specific information and activities in CRM.Key competencies to empower your journey.
