The Candidate:
A detail-oriented operator with a sharp visual eye and a track record in e-commerce merchandising and digital asset management. The goal is to ensure our tours are presented with high-quality, consistent visuals that improve user trust and drive conversions.
The candidate will build a structured asset system, manage visual execution across product & category pages, and support both product and marketing teams with on-brand imagery. A strong sense of ownership and a process-driven mindset are essential.
Desired Experience
2+ years in e-commerce merchandising or digital content operations with ownership of product visuals
2+ years managing digital assets across 50+ SKUs or product pages
2+ years using CMS platforms to upload, tag, and QA product visuals
1+ years optimizing images to improve product page performance (e.G., CTR, bounce, load speed)
2+ years organizing photoshoots
Desired Skills/Applications:
Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or Lightroom
Proficient in Excel
Proficient with OneDrive, Dropbox
Proficient in Wordpress

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Visual Asset Management & Execution
Proven experience managing large libraries of visual assets across SKUs and destinations
Ability to coordinate asset delivery from photographers and freelancers and organize files in a scalable system
Experience cropping, resizing, and applying consistent filters and edits across images
Can ensure all images meet size and format requirements (e.G., JPEG,
Thumbnail Strategy & Page Optimization
Strong eye for visuals that convert—knows how to build thumbnail sets that stand out in PLPs
Ability to QA and replace thumbnails quickly across high-volume SKUs
Understands how thumbnails contribute to CTR, bounce rate, and PDP engagement
Organizing photoshoots for better digital assets
Product Page Visual QA (PDP/PLP)
Responsible for ensuring sliders are in logical order and visually aligned with the experience being sold
Able to identify visual inconsistencies or off-brand images and resolve them without needing direction
Experience performing image QA across desktop and mobile to ensure quality and performance
Collaboration with Product and Marketing Teams
Experience working alongside product managers, marketers, and designers to meet launch deadlines
Can manage multiple visual requests and prioritize based on impact (e.G., top-selling SKUs first)
Comfortable receiving general visual guidelines and translating them into asset delivery
Light Image Editing & Creative Support
Comfortable making edits using tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or Lightroom
Can apply brand presets and deliver clean, consistent visuals without heavy design direction
Familiar with naming conventions, compression, and web-friendly formatting
Content Management & Asset Systems
Proficient in using cloud-based systems (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) to manage digital files
Able to build, maintain, and enforce a clear system of folders, file names, and tags
Ensures image delivery is never a bottleneck for SKU publishing
