Retail Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Account Manager who will be responsible for managing retail accounts to drive sales growth within legal guidelines and lead contract negotiations to ensure partner growth. The role engages in both transactional and relationship selling, collaborating with different teams. The role achieves sales targets, drives improvement initiatives, and fosters successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
* Develop and implement business plans with key customers to maximize revenue and market share.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and internal share.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.
* Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to discuss performance, promotions, flyers, and opportunities for growth.
* Prepare reports, business reviews, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners.
Education & Experience:
* Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 3-10 years of work experience, preferably in the retail field.
* Good knowledge of English and Italian languages.
