Job Title: Business Development Manager - Particle Engineering Services Site Based: Greater Milan or Swiss Border Package: 80k-100k CHF (85 K-105 K EUR) + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance + Additional Benefits Responsibilities: Responsible for winning new business across the globe, with a focus on Europe, with a pipeline to serve customers globally Create detailed commercial proposals, finalise contract negotiations, and oversee agreements like CDAs and MSAs Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent communication and resolving any issues promptly Conduct market research to uncover potential growth areas & engage with clients through visits, sustain an active sales pipeline, and conduct annual evaluations of business performance Collaborate heavily with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement a robust commercial strategy Requirements: Must have CDMO experience, with existing customers looking for small molecule drug substance/drug product development needs Must have previous market intelligence experience & a hunter mentality Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or similar educational background Proficient in CRM tools and Salesforce experience preferred Team player, with a can do attitude and is able to travel on site 4 days a week Company: Multi-million EUR annual turnover European leader in the particle size reduction services space Hyper growth focus, with a view of doubling headcount in the next few years
