Store Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team at a well-known restaurant chain in Bologna, near the The Space Cinema di Bologna Fiere.
Job Details
* Contract Type: Direct Hiring
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday with one day off per week, from 12:00 to 23:00 on split shifts
* Salary: Level 2 CCNL Turismo contract
Requirements
* Prior experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
* Leadership and personnel management skills
* Ability to analyze and manage operational costs and budgets
* Flexibility and availability to work irregular schedules, including evenings and holidays
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the team is properly staffed, assign tasks, and guarantee high-quality service
2. Coordinate daily activities, such as shift planning, inventory management, and supply procurement
3. Monitor food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met
4. Contribute to cost management by controlling expenses and maximizing operational efficiency
