STORE MANAGER
Job Description and Position Characteristics:
The resource will be responsible for managing the store and resources, defining commercial strategies, monitoring goal achievement, and if necessary, also assisted sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Store performance monitoring and resource management.
* Selecting and training new personnel.
* Staff activity planning.
Hierarchical reporting: Area Manager
Functional relationships:
Internal: colleagues.
External: customers.
Requirements to participate in Selections::
* At least 3 years of experience as Store Manager in the fashion retail sector.
* At least 3 years of experience in assisted sales.
* Leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
Place of work: Orio al Serio.
Working hours: full-time.
Contract type: Direct hiring on a fixed-term contract, purpose of hiring.
Remuneration package: CCNL Commerce, level III.
Benefits: To be evaluated during the interview based on seniority.
