The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for handling front office daily operations, including check in/check out reservations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with any needs or inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
2. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
3. Process reservations and manage room assignments
4. Ensure accuracy of guest information and payment details
5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
7. Adhere to brand standards and policies at all times
8. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
9. Assist with other front office duties as needed
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience of two years as a Front Office Agent
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
5. Fluent in Italian and English languages
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Team player with a positive attitude
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
