About The Role
* Be responsible for the promotion of products to the respective stakeholders in the assigned territory.
You will work with
You will collaborate closely with your assigned Territory Manager to identify the right customer targets for our product options according to corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
* Defining and driving your activities in your territory and coordinating with the local field team composed of yourself, TM, and commission agents.
* Being accountable for scientific updates on products.
* Supporting the operating room teams in safely and effectively implanting the products according to surgical techniques.
* Implementing and delivering solutions to relevant stakeholders.
* Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem and proposing possible solutions.
* Building relationships with healthcare professionals and structures for the introduction of Biocomposites solutions.
* Executing the activity plan in your territory in compliance with laws and ethics governing medical device professionals.
* Progressively becoming an expert in procurement codes and tenders.
* Attending Congress and supporting product-related side events.
* Promoting effectively through public speaking and organizing product roadshows.
For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree in sciences or equivalent.
* At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Experience in bone and soft tissue infection solutions is a strong asset.
* Capacity to identify and analyze opportunities and problems, and propose improvements.
* Act as a subject area expert and create awareness among surgeons.
* Identify and map key influencers in the healthcare environment.
* Understand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time to inform access strategy and planning.
* Identify networking opportunities to enhance patient value.
* Represent patient unmet needs during stakeholder engagements.
* Manage resources and processes needed to secure them, considering patient value in decisions.
* Review plan outcomes and update as necessary.
* Open to change and embrace new challenges.
* Good level of Italian & English in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding.
