STORE MANAGER - SPORTSWEAR STORE CESENATICO
The resource will be placed at the point of sale located in Cesenatico.
What We Offer
- Salary: €27,000-€29,000 per year
- Contract: Direct with the company
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: Third level trade
- Bonus: Target achievement

- Working hours: Split schedule (9:30-12:30 and 15:30-19:30). In summer, the store closes early
- Day off: One day of rest per week
- Planned start date: May 2, 2025
Description of the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the store, coordinating a team of 2 people. The main responsibilities include:
- Supervision of daily store activities
- Employee management and scheduling planning
- Sales monitoring and revenue targets achievement
- Warehouse management and orders
- Customer assistance and customer relationship management
Requirements
- Previous experience of 2-5 years in similar roles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer orientation and sales skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the sports apparel sector
