Director of Sales
A key opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Sales to lead our hotel's sales strategy and revenue growth in Rome.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners to increase market share.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the corporate and leisure sectors.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages.
* Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role.
* Strong understanding of the Rome market and existing relationships with local businesses and travel agents.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
About Us:
We offer a competitive salary package of €65,000 - €70,000 gross per annum and the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a beautiful location.
