And now, we’re looking for a Community Manager who will own our day-to-day digital presence, turning engagement into genuine connections and helping us share our vision in every online interaction.If you're passionate about community engagement, have a proactive spirit, and are ready to make a real impact in a dynamic creative environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll Own:Community ManagementRespond to DMs, comments, and tags across all our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) in a fast, clear, and on-brand manner.Monitor brand sentiment and actively engage with our audience to build meaningful, authentic dialogue.Write compelling copy for posts, replies, and stories to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice.Escalate leads, feedback, and any issues to the internal team in real time.Content DistributionSchedule and publish feed posts, reels, carousels, and other pre-approved content provided by our creative team.Independently create compelling, on-brand Stories to drive live engagement with our community.Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.Handle platform-specific formatting, including tagging, linking, and CTA placement.SEO AnalyticsOptimize social copy and Story captions using basic SEO principles to enhance discoverability.Monitor and analyze key engagement metrics (reach, shares, saves, replies) to help refine our content strategy.Collaborate with the team to ensure that our online content aligns with emerging SEO best practices.As you excel in managing our community, there will be opportunities to support influencer research and coordination, an area that may expand based on performance and team needs.Who You Are?Experience: You have at least 1 year of professional experience managing social media for a real brand (beyond personal profiles) and can provide verifiable portfolio evidence.Communication: You write clearly and engagingly in English and can create on-brand content (including copies) with impeccable attention to detail.Proactivity Resourcefulness: You’re proactive, creative, and driven by finding innovative solutions to challenges.Collaboration: You thrive in a collaborative environment, value feedback, and communicate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.Adaptability: You’re flexible and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing creative setting.Emotional Intelligence: You possess strong empathy and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage community interactions with sensitivity and tact.Organization: You are excellent at managing your time and maintaining a structured, reliable daily routine to ensure content is always delivered on schedule.Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with tools such as Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, have working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), understand key engagement metrics and can use insights to optimize digital performance.Language: A minimum of English C1 proficiency is required; all communications and content must be produced in English.How to Apply:Send us a short introduction in English (2–3 lines max) and your portfolio with projects and accounts you’ve managed to moje@crowntours.comApplications without a portfolio and submissions not entirely in English will not be considered.This is not a remote position.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesTravel Arrangements
