We are looking for a person to join our EMEA sales team as Sales Account for Iberia. The person is responsible for effectively driving the Wholesale business and Strategic Partnership in Iberia by managing strategic Retailers and Business Partners, building strong long-term relationships, in order to ensure company results in terms of sales and profitability.
We are looking for a person, managing the entire portfolio: Paper products, Bags, Accessories and Digital Products.
The position is preferably based in Milan and requires traveling in Spain as well as a proficient knowledge of the Spanish language.
Main responsibilities:
* Developing and executing an effective commercial strategy for existing and new key retailers chains to grow sales, in line with business goals
* Formalize Joint Business Plans with key customers, bringing together the interests in a single vision and objectives
* Be responsible for the P&L and the profitability of the projects implemented with regard to the assigned customers
* Acquire a thorough understanding of the market, distribution, clients and final customers
* Be responsible for the sales planning process (Forecasting, Sales Budget, Action plans) and lead the related implementation to ensure a steady growth
* Work close with the other Moleskine departments (TM, Visual, Marketing, etc.) to develop projects with key customers
* Coordinating sales and marketing materials and new products launches
* Provide timely and reliable reporting / information on results and developments within the channel.
* Business management and development of Strategic Partnerships in Spain through scouting and project management of special projects.
Skills Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales experience as Sales Account, preferably in Fast moving, lifestyle brands
* Experience in a multi-channel selling model
* Flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast-changing environment
* Strongly proactive approach and goal oriented
* Analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
* Project Management
* Ability to follow multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent skills in MS Office programs (word, excel, power point …)
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
