We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Key Countries to join our team at Scholl. This is a strategic position focused on managing and expanding our distribution across key European markets: Italy, DACH, UK, France, and BENELUX.
You will play a key role in leading sales performance, developing high-impact strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our commercial partners across the region. Experience in the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle industries is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and drive sales performance across key European countries.
2. Manage and support sales agents or distributors in each territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
3. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue, brand presence, and market share.
4. Provide agents with tools, guidance, and training to hit their targets effectively.
5. Full accountability for the P&L of countries/accounts.
6. Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Business Development
1. Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion across the region.
2. Focus on key accounts per market, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving value creation.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with Marketing and Product) to ensure optimal distribution and assortment by country.
Communication & Reporting
1. Act as the primary liaison between Scholl and external partners in the region.
2. Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and market insights.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
1. Resolve commercial challenges efficiently, always aiming to strengthen relationships and processes.
2. Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and enhance sales team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1. 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
2. Strong background in managing agents/distributors and direct accounts at a European level.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
2. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on commercial execution.
3. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Languages:
1. Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
2. Other European languages are a plus.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
