What You Can Expect
Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio. Area: North of Italy. Recon division.

* Regional key account planning & management
* Sales force and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning
* Sales force performance management
* Develop relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts
* Develop sales and marketing strategies and drive their execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage
* Assist the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
* Ensure that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved
* Supervise and implement the strategies decided upon and ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
* Travel in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs

Your Background
* High level of English
* Team Management
* Experience as Sales Manager in Orthopedics and medical devices
* Min. 3 years of experience in the role
