The Product Designer will have the following accountabilities:Market Research: Conducting research internally and externally with clients, identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and assessing market demand.Concept Development: Translating research into feasible design ideas.Prototyping and Testing: Following up and ensuring product implementation process from prototypes, testing to production. Leading PL-driven business case development, seeking the most profitable balance between client needs and internal cost control.Collaboration: Working closely with Group stakeholders, Product teams, and clients.Market Needs Analysis: Analyzing how a new product meets market needs and consumer preferences.Industry Awareness: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.Expert Knowledge: Knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape, having a solid grasp on the life cycle of a trade, and a strong network with front office/back office professionals in buy side/sell side and with market data clients (Vendors/fintech/ISV).
